About Peter Gell
Peter was admitted as a solicitor in 1981 and holds qualifications in law and a Masters degree in taxation conferred by the University of NSW. He also holds the international designation of Chartered Taxation advisor. He has served on the taxation and GST sub committees of the Law Society of NSW, has presented at numerous conferences and seminars, has published with Lexis Nexis in estate planning and assisted the College of law in writing subject material for its masters degree in estate planning.
Peter practices in taxation advisory, estate planning and wills, probate and commercial law. He serves a wide range of clients, including public companies and associations, other law firms, accountancy and financial planning firms, small to medium sized enterprises and individuals.
Amanda Gell PG Gell Legal Services Property Lawyer
Amanda is the chief property lawyer in the firms, holds degrees in arts and law conferred by Macquarie University and was admitted as a solicitor in 1987. Her thirty years experience has seen her assist clients in complex property transactions, including complex purchases by self managed superannuation funds under limited recourse borrowing arrangements, domestic and commercial sales and purchases, litigation in relation to conveyancing disputes, commercial leasing, estate planning, will drafting and probate applications and complex estate administration. Her wealth of experience is complemented by her pragmatic and confident style in complex negotiations leaving her clients confident they are in safe hands.
Adrian Wyper PG Gell Legal Services Associate
Adrian was admitted as a solicitor after completing a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Laws at Macquarie University. He is currently studying a Masters of Taxation at the University of New South Wales. Adrian worked overseas with Legal Aid Cambodia before starting with us here at PGG Legal Services in early 2017. Adrian works closely with Peter Gell on taxation advisory, company, partnership and trust law, estate planning and wills, for individuals, accountants and SMEs across Australia.
Karen Crichton PG Gell Legal Services Practice Manager
After completing her BA (Mass Communications), Karen worked in Television Production and Distribution. Her teamwork and training skills lead her to be the Training Manager for an AMP Subsidiary. After further studies and having a family, Karen extended her teaching skills working as an Academic English teacher to the international students at Macquarie University for many years. She also has Diploma of Bible & Missions from Moore Theological College, Sydney and Post Graduate Certificate TESOL from Macquarie University.Now Karen is bringing her experience, knowledge, attention to detail and personal warmth to her role as Practice Manager at PGG Legal
